Cross Timber Trust
The dividend on April 30th came out as follows. I was anxious about Kobe, but our CRT dividend doesn't stop. CRT is the same as California radio technologist's abbreviation, so it's a stock that I'm more attached to. Haha0.085.... It's not a lot of dividends, but I think it's beneficial enough because it's a monthly dividend stock.
CRT feels like a monthly dividend stock worth holding because dividends do not stop and are steadily progressing, and dividends do not fall much even if the times are bad.
As of May 12, it has been steadily maintaining more than $6 and has yet to be removed from the fall caused by the Corona risk in March, but if monthly dividends remain steady, I think it will be in a good position in the long run.
In addition, since it is a stock that has been directly hit by a drop in oil prices, if the oil price stabilizes now, there is plenty of room for a rebound and there is plenty of room for a rebound after the COVID-19, so we decided not to sell it.
It rebounded more than 2% in today's downward trend, and the movement over the past week has been on the rise, so I'm going to hold onto it until the end of this year.
If it was a retirement account, it could be preserved without Tex, but it is a general investment account, so it is a little disadvantageous to be subject to year-end tax reports, but it is better than nothing and dividends lead to reinvestment, so I don't feel like losing that much. As the profits generated from NYMT continue to be used as reinvestment amounts, we hope that one day, the number of shares held will be large and that it will be monthly allowance with steady monthly dividends.
Well... Investment in Korea is a tax issue for dividends, so it won't be easy to invest. Overseas reports will also occur if their belly button is bigger than their belly button because they do not immediately deduct taxes from dividends, but later tax reporting papers fly separately.
Dividends will be announced around the 20th of every month, and what's hopeful is that dividends have not been missed a month yet. I was nervous when I lost until $4, but I feel like I recovered a lot and found stability in May.
Dividends will be paid on the 14th to 15th of the following month only if you hold it until the last day or around the 30th. If the stock transaction period is set incorrectly for three days, dividends can be lost for a month, so it would be most stable to hold them around the 25th of this month for dividends.
Since oil prices are heavily affected by oil and gas sales, stabilization of oil prices is expected to serve as the most important factor in recovering stock prices, and if Saudi Arabia and Russia make sure they cut production and rebound to a certain extent, it will become an attractive monthly dividend stock.
I hope the U.S. will soon become a soaring stock when raising oil enough to show its aspect as an oil-producing country.
I hope that it will not be a company that disappears silently like XCOOQ. CRT, fighting!
